The era of education influenced by the industrial revolution 4.0 is called Education 4.0. an that characterized use digital technology in learning Therefore, research needed aims to develop a guided inquiry-based flipped classroom system using Moodle on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions, as well determine level validity practicality products developed. This type Educational Design Research (EDR) Plomp model. subjects this study were 3 chemistry lecturers at FMIPA UNP, teachers, 15 students class XI IPA SMAN 8 Padang. was conducted test Aiken's V formula percentage formula. Five validators carried out one-to-one evaluation three students. results processing data are 0.88, indicating valid category. For results, for 88%, teachers 94% which shows very practical
